This Privacy Policy describes how Argonaut Studios ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Smooch iOS app and this website (together, the "Service"). We try to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Account info. A user identifier and the pairing relationship between you and your partner. We do not require your real name.
• Kisses you send. Preset kisses are stored as a small label. Voice memos are stored only long enough to deliver to your partner, then removed.
• Device info. Basic technical details (iOS version, device model, app version) for crash reports and diagnostics.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't show ads or share data with advertisers.
• We don't read or analyze the content of your voice memos.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate Smooch — pairing you with your partner, delivering kisses, sending notifications, and fixing bugs.

Data retention

Voice memos are deleted from our servers after delivery. Account info is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, which removes your data from our systems.

Children

Smooch is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
