Using Smooch

You must be at least 13 years old to use Smooch. You're responsible for the content you send through the Service, including voice memos.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Smooch to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Don't use Smooch in violation of any law.

Your account

You're responsible for activity that happens on your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

Disclaimer

Smooch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argonaut Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
